No two weddings are the same; at Classic Events we create a tailor-made service that is unique for you. We have created a range of flexible services to allow you to choose a package that best meets your needs and budget:

Create and Co-ordinate Service

Our Complete Design, Planning and Co-ordination service. A bespoke, personalised wedding service. 

We will guide you through the process and take care of everything. From strategy to solution we are there to help you plan, create and most importantly enjoy the wedding of your dreams. We will work with you to enable you to realise your vision of your special day within your budgets. Your personal wedding consultant will see your plans through from start to finish.

We can, if you wish, be there for you on your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly. 

We do the hard work so you can relax and enjoy the excitement of your forthcoming wedding.

As this is a bespoke service the cost of our Create and Co-ordinate Service is calculated based on your individual needs. We will advise you of costs following an initial free consultation to be held either in person or by telephone with one of our wedding consultants.

Finishing Touches

With the ceremony and reception booked, you may be now starting to think about what else needs to be done. Let your Classic Events Wedding consultant help. We can step in at any time up to three weeks before the big day and co-ordinate your wedding plans. We will ensure all your provisional bookings are confirmed and make sure all the final details are in place for your big day.

With a seemingly endless list of jobs to do, caterers, transport, stationary, florists all still to be booked; Attendants need to be briefed on their responsibilities; and the guest list needs managing. All this as well as making sure you have the right dress and accessories for yourself and your attendants and of course taking time out for some pampering so you look your absolute best for the biggest day of your life. Well now really is not the time for sleepless nights worrying about whether Aunty Vi would be better staying at the Travel Inn or the Boutique Hotel.

This is our most popular service and prices are from £150 and are individually quoted depending on where you are with your plans following an initial free consultation to be held either in person or by telephone with one of our wedding consultants.

A 10% discount will be given when booked with our ‘The Big Day’ service.

The Big Day

The Big Day Service takes care of all your wedding day needs. We will co-ordinate all the final details, the set up arrangements, all your suppliers and your carefully made plans.

Discreetly behind the scenes, we oversee the day's events in line with your plans and make sure that everything runs smoothly and fix any hitches. On your wedding day you will be free to focus on yourself and spend precious time with all your loved ones.

You have the flexibility of organising your own wedding but having our support from 2 weeks before your wedding day as well as on the day itself.

Price for this service from £120.

Additional Services

To allow complete flexibility in the services we offer, we offer additional services which allow you to select the individual elements you need help with. These services can be selected individually as stand alone services or as add-ons for our packages if not already included.

Additional services available include, but are not limited to:

Venue Search- Finding a suitable venue to hold your wedding, reception or accommodate your guests. We will help to find your ideal location with the right ambience, decor and style to make your wedding day unforgettable.

Supplier Sourcing- We can save you time by finding and contacting suitable suppliers on your behalf. Securing the services of the right quality supplier is key to the success of your celebrations. We can provide you with a shortlist of reccommended suppliers and check their availability for your day. This can be invaluable if you need something at short notice.

Invitations etc. - Assistance with the selection and wording of invitations, save the date, RSVP and thank you cards. Preparation and mailing of all your invitations and stationery for you.

Guest List Management, we monitor replies and provide regular feedback on the progress of RSVP's. We offer guests a point of contact for enquiries such as accomodation, special needs, and your gift list.

Wedding Consultation -  Assistance and advice about planning your wedding. We can cover areas such as getting started, legalities, budgeting, etiquette, traditions and speeches. We can assist you on any wedding related subject on a consultation basis only and we are available for hourly or a series of consultations.

Venue Styling- We can style your wedding or reception venue to create the setting of your dreams, from flowers to favours to fireworks, we can create the look and impact you choose.

Additional services are individually quoted depending on your requirements, prices start from £50.
